For this class you should be able to kick up to a wall consistently and be able to start holding your handstand with the wall. We will work towards getting you away from the wall and learning to find ways in and out as well as beginning to hold in the centre.
Do not come if you have symptoms of anything .
Last minute cancellations for health or emergency will not be charged.
