This exercise helps build strength and stamina. It also works on proprioception and kick power control. Try to get at least 10 switches per turn. If it's new for you work up to that number based on the quality of your turns. Clean straight legs and straight arms. Hitting handstand is not necessary to start with. Keep it clean safe . :)
