First Time Welcome Discount Group Class Pass

This pass is for a first time visit in a group class.

I will listen to your goals And watch to see where you are in your process even if you are just starting out . I will give feedback and exercises for your specific ability and your future goals. You can sign up for any group class spot that fits your schedule. :) If you wish to continue training at the studio regular prices are in effect after the first class.

If a spot is booked and not cancelled before the 24 HR deadline the pass will be charged even you don't show up.

Spots are limited so please let me know if an emergency arises or if you are ill and unable to attend.
