All levels Monday Morning

I keep the number of students to 5 so that I can work  with all people individually each session. I will work with you from what ever level you are currently at and make a plan for your specific goals. A big portion of this work is postural alignment and specific conditioning. 

Each person will follow their own path.

There are students from many levels in any given class so you can see different stages of development.
