Absolute Beginner Intro Workshop for Handstands

Hello. 

This workshop will serve as an introduction to the basic stretch and strengthening exercises necessary to get started with handstand work. 

I will assess everyone's range of motion and posture abilities as well as explain why they are needed. 

I will be leading a warm up and cool down. The goal is to give you the tools to start your journey to handstand work. I want you to have a basic understanding of the concepts and steps to proceed on your own at your own pace. 

The First Time Student pass is the cost for this workshop.
